We have been in business in Overijse and its surrounding area for over 30 years. This is where we live and work.
We carried out the first land search and explorations, houses and flats for ourselves. This is where our family grew up and where our estate agency was established. We fell at home here, we know the local people and who, like ourselves, love the region.
In 1986, Patrick Ferry launched Ferco Immobiière.
Behind this name, there are faces: Patrick, the father, Audrey, his daughter who joined the agency in 2000 and 8 later years later, Pascal, her brother.
